How do you ship Cabot Cheese?

Our perishable items are packaged with care. Those that ship 2-day air include ice year-round to ensure the best quality. Perishable items that ship ground in our northeast region also include ice during warmer months. In warmer temperatures we will also ship with an insulated liner, as needed.

While your order may arrive a little warmer than when it leaves our facility, it will be safe to enjoy out of the box -- as long as your order arrives on the expected delivery date. We recommend putting your items in the refrigerator when they arrive to preserve freshness and prolong their natural goodness.

What does shipping cost?

To make sure you enjoy Cabot cheese at its optimal freshness, we ship all cheese orders 2-day. Shipping is a flat rate of $15 to anywhere in the US.

Where do you ship? 

All online orders are currently limited to the United States. We ship to the following states/territories: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.

Please note that we are not able to ship to PO Boxes, A.P.O., DPO, or F.P.O addresses, or the US territories at this time.

Large Items (Snowboards, Skis, etc.):

Snowboards, skis and other large items will be shipped using FedEx Ground with no exceptions. You can use FedEx's Ground Service map to help estimate shipping times.

What do I do if my order goes missing?

If your order has gone missing, please reach out to our customer service team know so we can assist. You can reach us at 1-88TryCabot (1-888-792-2268) or via our Contact Us Form. The team is available from 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

Please note that we can't be responsible for damage or loss due to unavailable recipient, incorrect address, or theft.
