Extended Processing Times:

During the holidays and other peak ordering times, our processing times may be a bit longer than usual. Please allow up to 7 business days between your order date and expected ship date. Key Dates:

Due to high shipping volumes during the holidays, we recommend that all orders are placed well in advance, we recommend at least 7 business days, as orders may be delayed:

Anticipated Shipping Delays:

Between 11/20/23 and 1/18/24 our shipping carriers are projecting up to two additional shipping days for orders delivering to the Northeast. While we will do our utmost to ensure that orders are delivered as expediently as possible, we cannot control shipping delays. Thank you for your understanding!

Large Items:

Snowboards, skis and other large items will be shipped using FedEx Ground with no exceptions. You can use FedEx's Ground Service map to help estimate shipping times.
